AB DAO and the AB Charity Foundation have forged a strategic partnership to develop blockchain-based infrastructure for global philanthropy. The collaboration was formally announced at their inaugural forum in Dublin, chaired by Bertie Ahern, former Irish Prime Minister and European Council President.
Ahern’s keynote address, ’Technology and Trust – A New Order for Philanthropy’, framed the initiative as a response to the growing need for verifiable systems in charitable giving. The event gathered global leaders including former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo and Irish AI Committee Chair James Lawless to explore technological solutions for philanthropic transparency.
